On the day of the procedure, the four implants are strategically placed into the jawbone. Temporary prosthetics are attached, allowing you to leave the clinic with a functional set of teeth.
Healing Phase
Over the next few months, the implants will naturally fuse with the jawbone, a process known as osseointegration.
Final Restoration

This is because the implants in the back are placed at a 45-degree angle to take advantage of the denser areas of the jaw. Ideal candidates for All-on-4 implants include those who have suffered extensive tooth loss and are looking for a permanent solution. It is essential that any remaining teeth in the arch be extracted before the procedure. Additionally, your mouth must be healthy overall, so conditions such as gum disease need to be treated first, and stopping smoking is required to keep your 10-year guarantee valid.
If you have severe bone loss, our Deluxe package uses zygomatic implants, which anchor in the cheekbone – so many patients who’ve been told they’re not suitable can still have fixed teeth.
Traditional implant dentures are an excellent solution for tooth loss, but many patients require bone grafts before their jaws can support the implant posts. However, the techniques used in the All-on-4 procedure can make such grafts unnecessary; the implants are placed to fully take advantage of the bone already present. Furthermore, computer-guided, minimally invasive implant surgery makes the process even more seamless.
